Getting Started with your Designs
Williams Design offers both bespoke (fully tailored to your individual event) and semi-bespoke (altered from a selection of pre-designed suites) services. You are encouraged to provide ideas and styles of previous designs that you have seen that resemble what you are looking for. However, Williams Design will not copy or replicate any work under copyright laws.

Williams Design will provide you with a timeline at the beginning of each job that outlines all the important deadlines that must be met by both parties, such as when proofs will be sent, final design sent to print, and payments to be made. See “Cancellations, Refunds & No Receipt of Payment”
Williams Design offers a free online design consultation to gather information on all aspects of your event to style your pieces around. Following this call an estimate will be sent to you for your approval, this is subject to change following final design decisions. Once this estimate is accepted Williams Design will require a signed copy of these terms and conditions plus a booking fee of either £25 for an event or £75 for a wedding. This will be redeemable against your final invoice.
Once your design is underway, digital PDF proofs will be sent to you. Depending on the quantity of the order and the card finish chosen, your pieces will either be printed in house or through an external supplier.

All work created remains the property of Williams Design and we retain the right to use any and all draft and completed designs for display purposes or for other clients.
Payments & Ordering
A minimum order quantity of 15 applies to all items available from Williams Design. Should you require less than 15 or find that additional pieces are required after your order has already been completed please contact us directly. These additional/special orders will be subject to higher prices than those from your initial proposal/stated price list. Williams Design recommends that the client should order an additional 10% to accommodate for any last minute guest changes or posting issues.

To secure your date the appropriate booking fee along with a signed copy of these terms and conditions must be received. Following this the design process will begin. Once the final design has been selected a 50% payment of the total invoice is required before items are sent to print. The remaining balance of your invoice, which may be more or less than 50% depending on any last minute design changes will be required before any items are posted out to you or your guests. Details for payment will be included on your estimate/invoice. Failure to make these payments on time will result in delays processing your order.

Williams Design reserves the right to change the prices if affected by an increase/decrease from a supplier and or production costs. Any estimates or invoices are valid for 14 days and once issued will be honoured if booking fee is paid within this timeframe.
Proofs & Processing
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information submitted to Williams Design that they wish to be included on their pieces is correct. Following the creation of 2-3 mock ups, the selected design will have 2 further revisions to accommodate any later design decisions, including but not limited to colour scheme. Any further changes and revisions past this will incur a £15 design fee each time. These proofs will be sent digitally in PDF format via email.

Although we will do our best to make proofs appear realistic, the client understands the colours you see on screen will look slightly different to those on the printed version. Colour variation can also happen between each print run.
