  • Size and Weight

    Wax seals are individually made and as such dimensions may vary. On average each seal is 28mm diameter and weighs 1g.

    This added weight may affect your postage charge when sending to guests

  • Posting

    These are a perfect addition to seal your envelopes and we have tried to source the most secure adhesive. However, to protect against any scratches, chips, or other damages from the post office machines we recommend adding a mailing envelope to protect your seal and ensure it arrives in perfect condition to your guests

  • Shipping and Returns

    All orders will be processed within 3-5 days from date of purchase and you will receive an email when your package has shipped.

    We accept returns up to 30 days from the delivery date.

    • If you are unhappy with your item and wish to do so you may do this at your own expense. Once your order has been received back and checked a refund will be issued to you
    • If you have received your item and it is damaged please email pictures to williamsdesignbyerin@gmail.com with your order number
