FAQ
-
Is there a booking fee?Yes, there is a non-refundable booking fee required to secure your date for your wedding or event. Without this fee, my availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are certain that you would like to work with me for your event or wedding, please submit the booking fee at your earliest convenience so I can reserve that date in my calendar.
-
How much is the booking fee?The booking fee is £75 for weddings and £25 for events, which should be paid at your earliest convenience to secure your date in my calendar. This fee serves as a deposit and will be deducted from your final balance.
-
What if I need extra invitations after booking with you?As long as nothing has been sent to print yet that is perfectly fine! Planning a wedding/event is hard and numbers will fluctuate. I will let you know when I will be sending your items to print and only then will I need your final numbers. To account for people you may have forgotten, mistakes when writing the envelope, or items getting lost in the post it is advisable to add an extra 10% to your numbers. This is completely up to you, however, printing more invitations later down the line will be more costly as it will be a smaller print run.
-
I've not finalised my colours yet, can I still send a booking fee?Yes! The booking fee just secures your date and ensures that I have the time to work with you on your pieces. No final design decisions need to be made until closer to your wedding/event date
-
How many drafts do I get? It's important that during your design consultation you provide me with as much information about your wedding/event that you have at the time. From this I can create 2-3 mock ups of your pieces. As you make more planning decisions and your vision falls into place we can alter your chosen mock-up a further TWICE. Any design revisions past this point will incur a £15 design fee per revision. This includes correcting any spelling errors.

When do I need to pay?£75 booking fee at your earliest convenience to secure your date, 50% of the final balance is required before sending your items to print, Any remaining balance is required to be paid before your items are posted to you/directly to your guests. Payments must be made within 10 days of receipt of the invoice to avoid any delays in sending to printers or posting. We will not be held responsible for any delays or knock-on effects from late payment.
